Our gym is based on Magna Road at The Hamworthy Club, Wimborne.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have a selection of morning, afternoon & evening hours of coach-led sessions per week to chose from.
WHEN CAN I START?
Once you've completed payment and completed your athlete onboarding day where we gather relevant information & testing.
DO I NEED TO BE AN ELITE ATHLETE?
No – we work with amateurs all the way to Youth athletes. Our mission is to make you the best athlete possible so you can maximise your potential in your sport and continue to play & compete all year round. You must be a competitive athlete.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A SET AMOUNT OF TIME?
Yes - we put a lot of work into our athletes from the get go. We have a minimum commitment of 3 months, improving your sports performance isn't something you do for 4 weeks and stop without diminishing returns.
