1. Agreement
•  This agreement is between MC Performance Centre Ltd, MC Online and you ("the Member").
•  This includes all memberships, 1-1 clientele and trial or challenge programs.

2. Access
•  Payment grants access to the gym during specified session times with assigned to your membership.
•  Opening times may vary during holidays and Bank Holiday periods.

3. Membership & Session Terms
•  All group sessions & Memberships are subject to a minimum contracted term of 3-12 months, as selected by the member/clientele.
•  Post-minimum term, all memberships automatically enter a monthly commitment with a 30-day notice period for cancellation, if your payment falls within the next 30 days of your written notice then that will be your final payment.
• All 1-1 & 2-1 S&C sessions must be paid before attending.

4. Payments
•  Monthly membership/session fees are charged automatically via recurring card payment, using the card details provided by the member.
•  All membership, sessions and program payments are non-refundable unless eligible for an agreed guarantee.

5. Guarantee
•  Eligibility for any advertised guarantees requires full participation in your selected program or membership. This includes; attending coaching sessions, hitting nutrition targets, and completing measurements alongside being fit & able to exercise.

6. Pauses
•  Membership pauses are not possible during the initial minimum term, except due to exceptional circumstances. Any 1-1, or 2-1 sessions owed, will be delivered at the next available date.
• If an athlete is injured for a period of time and is advised to NOT train then sessions paid during a 30 day notice period will be carried over until the member can participate safely again and then memberships will be unpaused.
• Post-minimum term, pause requests require 30 days written notice before the next scheduled payment date.
• Membership payments will automatically resume after any agreed pause period expires.

7. Cancellations
•  After the minimum contracted term, all cancellations require 30 days written notice, payments made during this period are non-refundable.
•  Early termination of a contract before the minimum term expires incurs a 50% fee based on the remaining duration of the contract.
• If a 1-1 or 2-1 session or group session has been a cancelled within 24 hours then that session will not be redeemable to use at a future date unless agreed in advance between yourself and our coaching team.
• Any group programme purchases must be completed on the dates specified throughout and can not be adjusted if you are unable to attend.


8. Health & Safety
•  The member confirms they are physically fit and able to exercise without any health problems that could hinder or adversely affect them.
•  The gym is not liable for injuries unless due to gross negligence or intentional acts.
•  Adherence to staff instructions is mandatory.

9. Price Changes
•  All membership prices may be subject to annual inflation adjustments.
•  You will be given a minimum of 30 days notice prior to any price increase.

10. Acceptance
• Completing payment confirms your understanding and agreement to these terms.
