Where is your gym?

We're based at the Hamworthy Club on Magna Road, near Wimborne.

When are the sessions?

We have sessions available every weekday morning (between 6-9:30am) and evening (4-7:30pm).

How long are the sessions?

Every session is 60 minutes long.

Are the session days and times flexible?

Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week and you can choose different times on different days.

When can I start?

Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away in 2025.

When are the intro sessions?

We have intro sessions available every Friday PM & Saturday morning.

How much is it?

The programme is priced at £349.

Do I need to be fit already?

Nope. We'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level & make any adjustments to your programme necessary.

What if it doesn't work for me?

If you stick to the program, follow our action steps and don't get results, we'll give you double your money back.

What happens after the programme?

You can choose to become a full member or we can part ways if you decide we're not for you.
